TKR-M electrical insulation flexible tubes (VIGE. 754178. 027 TU)

(Type 203 according to GOST 17675)

Electrical and mechanical parameters of TKR-M tubes meet the requirements of GOST 17675, with the exception of elongation at break (220%, not less)

They are made from organosilicon rubber compounds.

They are used for insulation of output and installation wires of electrical equipment, current-carrying elements of various electrical devices and radio equipment operating at temperatures from minus 50 °C to plus 250 °C at a voltage of up to 1200 V DC and alternating current with a frequency of up to 500 Hz. They are more heat-resistant than TCR tubes (250 °C vs. 180 °C).

In the brand name, the letters mean:

T-tube;

K — organosilicon;

R-rubber;

M — modified version.

Example of a symbol for a TKR-M tube with an internal diameter of 4.0 mm, green:

"Tube 203 TKR-M 4,0-06 VIGE. 754178. 027 TU".

The warranty period of storage is 18 months.

The warranty period of operation, if the consumer complies with the conditions of transportation, storage and operating instructions established by the Technical Specifications, is 25 years from the date of manufacture.

The warranty period of operation may vary both up and down depending on the intensity of use.

Especially popular with our wholesale customers are:

  • silicone tube 1 mm in diameter
  • silicone tube 8 mm in diameter

You can see their detailed characteristics below:

Tubes must be manufactured with the basic dimensions specified in the table. At the same time, it is allowed to produce pipes with a larger wall thickness at the request of the customer. In this case, the tube designation indicates the wall thickness. At the same time, reducing the wall thickness is not allowed.

When ordering a TCR-M tube of a non-standard size, for example, with an internal diameter of 4.3 mm and a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, the green symbol will look like

as follows:

"Tube 203 TKR-M 4, 3x1, 5-06 VIGE. 754178. 027 TU".

Physical and mechanical parameters of tubes (extract from VIGE.754178. 027 TU):

Thus, regardless of the diameter, a 1 mm silicone tube and an 8 mm silicone tube have the same tensile breaking stress — at least 4 MPa.
