Molded RTIs

Molded RTI made from silicone rubber compounds have a complex of unique properties, unlike RTI made from black (organic rubbers):

  • Elasticity in the widest temperature range from -50°C to +300°C
  • RTI from special brands of silicone rubbers are elastic at temperatures up to minus 70°C
  • High weather resistance (20 years of conditional operation in UHL conditions)
  • Resistance to weak acids and alkalis, ozone, solar radiation, alcohol solutions, water vapor, sea water, mineral oils and phenols
  • Radiation resistance
  • Resistance to transformer oils (RTI made of fluorosilicon)

LLC "ELIZ" produces the following molded RTI:

  • Silicone and fluorosilicon plates
  • Rings, bushings, membranes and orifices for food processing equipment
  • Shaped gaskets for luminaires
